“Thee WORST experience in my shopping for a haunted doll. On their site shows a doll for sale so I purchased that doll thinking I just purchased that particular items. Right after they took my money I was sent an email stating that that item wasn't available but that they would offer me another doll similar. I purchased a doll over $300 and was told it wasn't in stock. Misleading on their site first of all. During the 2 months as well as numerous emails exchanges and getting the run around as to why my money wasn't refunded I got a call from my bank stating that the other party (HAUNTED-DOLLYS) took responsibility and acknowledged their mistake. What AN ORDEAL JUST TO REFUND MY MONEY! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. DISAPPOINTED ALL THE WAY!!!! No care for customers refund.”
