“Bought a board in feb 2024 said it go come in march. When march came said its coming in June. Called to complain and owner got mad so he cancelled my order”

“Response of my online order was great. Unfortunately my order is not available because of a shipping challenges which is a 4 - 6 weeks later than advertised. Not sure how to suggest fixing that. But South shore has excellent people working there. Big time Aloha. Mahalo Lance”

“I wish that all shops (not just surf shops) had anywhere close to the customer service of Hawaiian South Shore! Who texts you back and forth and reaches out months later on a Saturday when a sold out product is back in stock. NO ONE ELSE!!! Super fast shipping. Great store designed apparel. Thanks for the help time and time again. Can't wait to visit some day!”

“Excellent service. Bought an awesome board from them. Had it shipped to Maui. Then a month or so later they contacted me to check how the board surfs and sent me a T-shirt. Each shipment came with a card expressing their appreciation of my patronage. CJ Nelson NeoClassic 10’.”

“Love these guys. They sent my purchase to my little town out here in California, and not only was the packaging beautiful, as if I just bought it gift wrapped right in the store, but they also hand wrote a thank you note for the business! That was the coolest thing ever. They know their stuff over there, and I feel like they truly care about me as a customer. I don't ever really EXPECT to feel that way, I'm not spoiled, but it's amazing when I DO get treated like that. And over seas to boot!”

“After hearing about this board from a buddy of mine. I just can get off it and if I do go out with another board I always wish I bought it instead but I have rode it in knee to way overhead and this board is amazing.”
