“Ordered headlamp for my car , wrong one supplied , took 4 weeks to get a returns slip to send it back , so I knew trying to get a refund wasn’t going to be easy , anyway 6 weeks later and about a dozen phone calls later still no refund , contacted PayPal who have got me a refund . Thalia started in early August and was resolved 19 November . Don’t touch this company !!!!”
“Ordered a Head Light for a Zafira which was listed on there Website as correct one. Got a phone call 1 week later to say its not the correct one for my car and wanted to charge me more. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. I am still waiting for a refund and I have had to make a Claim through Paypal to get it back. No communication what so ever from the company as they are not answering any of my emails.”
