“Very poor communication, took day off and lost £200 at work to get ready for their stupid test which supposed to be on Tuesday 8pm.. unfortunately, nobody came back to me and when I tried to call them ask what’s going on they didn’t even know that I supposed to take a test.. after I could hear like 1000 of excuses why did this happened, but no any solution.. meanwhile my red CSCS card ran out so I had to sort it out somewhere else.. after that I’ve asked for money refund been told I won’t get anything.. also the price £90 is not the final cost.. then u have to buy learning material which costs you another £18.. found out there is many companies recommended by CITB so would rather to go through them..”
