“used once and had to keep chasing them, and got an already typed reply sent to everyone. blaming the VIrus and other excuses. Now 6 months NOT EVEN A STANDARD email AUTOMATIC REPLY.. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT TOUCH!!!!!!”

“thieves. buyer beware. ordered in November. currently Jan9th. item was listed as in stock, when it wasn't. they arent responding to my emails. its been 6 days and just an automated email telling me not to leave bad feedback. dont shop here. my advise. i will be taking this company to the trading standards and i implore all other customers that they are ripping off to do the same. i will ammend my review if this terrible company refund me or deliver my goods”

“I have used this company before and had no problem. The items were then presumably in stock in the UK and they arrived in an acceptable time frame. However, on this occasion my experience was very different. I paid for some items which were urgently required via PayPal on the 18th May. They were showing on the website as being in stock. Within a couple of days I received an email to say they had been totally despatched. However, after a couple of weeks had elapsed with no sign of the goods I looked at the website and saw the expected delivery date had been changed - still showing as totally despatched. On contacting Health Monthly I was sent a standard email blaming the postal services, the virus and everything else for the delay. I see that many others have received the same excuses - even long before coronavirus. I was told that a batch of items were expected from Fargo, US, by the middle of June but I was requested to wait until July if necessary. In fact, they arrived today - June 15th. I am sure that Health Monthly don't take peoples' money fraudulently, but they do clearly bite off more than they can chew in terms of what they can supply in a reasonable time frame. Given the very large number of similar complaints it is clear that they aren't as concerned about the customer's experience as about keeping the money coming in. It's a shame as the choice of products is very tempting but I shall most certainly not be using these people again.”

“I am an old time HealthMonthly.co.uk customer, seems strange reading these reviews here, I am used to trust other sites, as well as I am used give my full trust to HealthMonthly.co.uk site, which is serving me in an excellent way from so many years. Superlative customer support, great prices, best ones ever, fast delivery.”

“Originally I was sceptical ordering after reading some of the reviews here, but after checking reviews elsewhere, and checking out the website, I thought I'd give them a go. I wasn't disappointed, as the item arrived on time, if a bit longer than other sellers, but as I couldn't find what I bought cheaper anywhere else I didn't mind waiting. I'll be ordering again!”
