I used collagen before and nothing happened to me . Recently I bought Vital Proteins Cocoa Collagen Peptides 297g I developed a very bad allergy I had a redness, itchiness, swelling and a rash I emailed health store no one contacted me back

It took me 2hrs today to book an appointment; from 10.06 when I made the 1st call back request to when I ended the actual call to the surgery at 12.06. The 1st call back rung for so little that I didn’t have the time to pick up my phone. So I had to re-book. Same for the 2nd call back request. By then it was already about an hour of my time lost and of me congesting your lines. Then I sent the online form only to stop again when I was asked to send pictures which the system would not upload. By then I was fuming and I had to call again and spend about 25 mins waiting in the queue next to my phone to make sure i wouldn’t miss another one of your mini rings. When I spoke to the person in the phone she had the audacity to tell me that my appointment times were already sent to me via text in the time that I had been waiting on the line to speak to her. Appalling inefficient and useless service. It could all have been solved with a couple of rings more to give me the time to pick up instead of chasing you around for 2 hours. Your false economy on ringing time has cause a massive delay in the service and a very upset and frustrated patient. Terrible system.

I've purchased 2 packs of Solgar vitamins. Started one and had bad symptoms of intolerance. Returned another one unopened pack and there is neither response nor refund. Never will buy from this store again! Terrible service!

I placed an order at the end of August 24. I still havent received my parcel. Ive emailed on several occasions and they have still not resolved this issue. Im nearly £40 out of pocket.

Unfortunately i received a customs charge of €21:57 on top of a shipping fee so I will not be purchasing again!! I have purchased from many uk companies and never incurred customs charges as it was included in shipping fee at a very reasonable cost.

Really disappointed in website. Since product was priced in euros I assume it was coming from ireland or EU. There was no obvious indication you were uk based or I would not have placed an order. I ended up paying €21.21 in duty as a result so it was not a good offer at all. Mary Beddy

I’m ordering from Ireland still haven’t got the product as I’ve had to pay import duty. I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known as it’s an extra 22€

I still haven't received the magnesium tablets despite 4 attempts by Royal Mail to deliver - we have been out each time - we have been very busy and on one occasion had an emergency to deal with - no alternatives were offered. I am now on holiday and do not have the help with sleeping during my trip & was forced to purchase an equivalent in Spain. Please arrange for a full refund. Keith Beeson

Very frustrating to be hit with very prohibitive customs charge. Most companies I deal with now have that built in at point of purchase for transparency. Haven’t been affected by this in nearly 2 years

They delivered the wrong product, and I have bee trying to get hold of customer service and they do not email back. I submitted 3 emails through the website, and not one reply.

Disappointed that my numerous attempts to make contact were in vain. There website is poor . It does not allow clear instructions to change or allow a different delivery address. It defaulted to the incorrect address and I was unable to change it. I have been unable to use the product I ordered as I am not at the address it was sent too at this time

Hi, I made an order on Monday 20th March however I ha I got any delivery details like tracking id and I contacted them several by email and in web chat but they never reply me where is my order even I requested them I need urgently I am going abroad if they haven’t dispatched they cancel my order.
