“The throw arrived faulty. With a big pulled thread in it. It was a present for mothers day. I noticed on their Facebook page they state because the item is handmade that faults are to be expected. I emailed them with photos asking them to send out a replacement before mother's day so my daughter could give it to her mum today. They didn't reply to my email and didn't send a replacement. The item was only £9 and they charged an additional £3 postage. To return the faulty item to them they're not going to refund my postage and charge me another £3 to return the item. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and lack of customer service.
I would not recommend buying from them.”
“Absolutely terrible company! Bought some slipper socks as a gift for my daughter. When she opened them the fluff was coming out of them in touch a d there were lots of loose threads. I asked for a refund and had no reply so opened a case with PayPal. Was told I should have contacted them first! I had! They said I could have a refund but would only give me £2.95 if the £7.90 I paid. This is supposedly for return postage and an admin fee! Could understand it if I had changed my mind but these were terrible quality and not fit for purposes. I haven’t even received the £2.95 as they’ve said I need to close my return request I made via PayPal first. Not a chance!! With PayPal I may get my money back fully. I may not but it’s at least worth a try!”
