“Online ordering process was amazingly easy. The chaps that Installed were very polite respectively and a pleasure to have in the house. They also cleaned up and made good the installation from outside that other workman have ignored in the past. Massive thanks not often I say this but 100% money well spent.”

“My old boiler needed replacing. Looked on internet for replacement. Saw Heatable offer, all looked too good, reviews were really good. Decided to order. So simple, response superb, day confirmed, requested price for supplying & fitting scale remover, no problem, no extra cost. Engineer confirmed fitting evening before. Parts arrived ready for fitting. Alan arrived, fitted, explained all, left everything clean. All paperwork followed within a few days. Excellent job by everyone. Thank you all. Amazed so well done from advert to warm house & hot water.”

“I thought the reviews were too good to be true but how wrong was I. Such a fast, slick and professional job from everyone at Heatable. New boiler was installed expertly by John Logan and his apprentice, taking extra care every step of the way. Warranty and all paperwork was taken care of by Heatable. Already recommending to EVERYONE!!”

“Very impressed with complete service start to finish, from looking online to picking boiler and installation date only 7 days, I couldn?t even get local plumber round in that time.Installation team arrived before time were very very helpful and polite, quality installation and I?d had boiler moved to a completely different room, very neat installation Many thanks to all involved Regards Jon”

“Took a chance on ordering on the internet without seeing the company rep/plumber. The plumber arrived the next day at 8:30am and left at 7:30pm. He worked fast, without a break and was just excellent. He was pleasant, had a great attitude and nothing was too much trouble - plus his work was first class. In addition, he cleared and cleaned up. I was extremely impressed. We got a Viessemann boiler which is nice and quiet, and it also doesn't matter if you have hard or soft water. All the above coupled with a very good price, makes for a very happy customer...”

“this is my second review of my new boiler as in my first review I said the hot water wasn't working properly in my bathroom but heatable contacted me straight away and explained to me I was doing it wrong the fitter explained to me the taps have to be on full for it to work correctly and I did this and it works brilliantly thank you heatable for your super fast reply I would also like to thank the fitter for his help with unexpected hitches my old system was gravity fed an I was being upgraded to a pressurized system so when the new system was turned on my taps in my bathroom sink wouldn't turn of so he told what I needed so I went to my local plumber merchants and got the parts and he fitted them for me 10/10 heatable.”
