“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The website is easy to use and the price quoted is exactly what you pay, no added extras. Our boiler was expertly fitted by John who did an amazing job in such a short time and answered all my daft questions easily. I would highly recommend Heatable to anyone still unsure about using an online service, and am completely happy with the whole experience.”

“great service boiler is great apart from one thing when I turn on the hot water tap in the bathroom it runs cold then hot but it goes cold again but the boiler is on but the tap in the kitchen is hot any help would be appreciated”

“Got British Gas round for a quote. They quoted double the price and a 3 week wait. We booked heatable in and they were half the price and came 2 days later. Gas fitters were prompt and polite, done a brilliant job, boiler works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier”

“The price was better than most alternatives and with a better quality boiler complete with a 10 year guarantee. The gentleman installing the boiler was exceptionally well mannered and friendly and did a great job (especially when our flue situation is more awkward than normal). I will 100% use this service again if I ever need a new boiler again.”

“After reading the reviews online and having little luck in getting a local firm to install a new boiler urgently, I decided to book an appointment with Heatable to do the work. The process was extremely easy and could all be done online. Before I booked, I had a few questions and they were able to answer these easily by phone. Having chosen a boiler and booked a time and date online (only 48 hours later), I was asked to upload photos of the boiler, water tank, etc. From these pictures, they realised I had order the wrong boiler so phoned me and explained. An appropriate boiler was then ordered and we were good to go. Ben at Heatable was very helpful throughout and I felt confident in the service and a bonus was the ease of applying for 0% finance through their website. On installation day, I received a phone call to let me know when the chaps fitting the boiler would show up. They arrived on time, were personable and professional and worked hard to overcome any issues that occurred such as fitting the new boiler back into the existing cupboard despite a difference in size. They left the place clean and tidy and we are now nice and warm and happy with our new boiler. Would highly recommend Heatable, especially if you need quick, reliable service.”

“Hello to all at Heatable, would just like to say how so "hassle free" easy it was to have our new boiler installed. From coming across your company online and finding it so customer friendly, choosing our boiler, picking our install date, telling us by email who our installer is and when he was arriving...nothing was too much trouble for you. Knowing we can pick up the phone and speak to your friendly team direct for any questions/queries is great also. So happy with our boiler, the installer Leigh was great ,very knowledgeable, everything went fine and knowing we have a brill 10 year warranty! WELL DONE HEATABLE!.....Would not hesitate to recommend and keep up the great work. Paul.”

“I would highly recommend heatable their price was very competitive and the service from ordering through fitting was exceptional. The fitter gave notice the day before on the time he would arrive and I was informed on how long it would take his workmanship couldn't be faulted and he explained all controls before leaving. All warranties etc where provided by email the day after fitting. It was nice to find a company that delivers on what they promise.”

“Excellent service. Ordered a new boiler online on a Saturday and fitted the following Tuesday. Installer was very efficient. Heatable called the day before to confirm everything and also the day after to make sure I was satisfied. Can’t fault them at all. Have just received my warranty documents by email.”

“Very easy to use application process, kept informed of installation date etc, initial installer unable to attend but substutite sent out the same day. All work carried out cleanly, tidily and efficiently. All operations of boiler, thermosat, timer etc explained clearly and whole process took a couple of days to arrange (at a suitable time for us - could have got it faster if we had wanted to) and installation only took just over 3 hours. Would recommend company without a second thought”

“I was initially sceptical about an online boiler installation service. I have never been so wrong. The organisation is run so professionally and efficiently. From start to finish I had superb service plus the price beat all the other quotes I received. I can't recommend Heatable highly enough and hope that the company goes from strength to strength. If only other organisations were half as good!”

“Fabulous company, sorted out my boiler instalation pretty quick on the date I wanted. Were very patients with us as we had a lot of questions and my hubby is like a policeman with the 3rd degree questions ha ha ha. The chap that came to install it was great and very approachable. Wouls reccomend this company, spot on!”
