“I have to say that I was worried about buying a boiler online and paying up front, the reviews also looked almost too good to be true. But how wrong was I - the team at Heatable were brilliant and very attentive, kept me informed at every step and I even got a photograph of my engineers before the installation (Chris Johns - what a great engineer, a real asset to Heatable and I will definatley be using him in the future for servicing work - Pass on my thanks to him). Already reccomended Heatable to family and friends, havent stop raving about them.”

“What an amazing company! We had a disaster with our boiler breaking on us (no hot water or heating) with no savings to replace it. It was 12C in the flat and we were so stuck. We looked around and everywhere was just so expensive. To make the situation financially worse our boiler would need to be moved adding more to the expense. Then we found heatable and they saved the day! Heatable were so supportive from the get go with their easy to use website, quick response and friendly customer service. Ben Mars was the technical support for our case and was very responsive to emails and helped so much. They even penciled in our fitting date before our finance was approved to make sure we could get our boiler ASAP. They also waived the boiler moving fee because they knew how stuck we were. Our boiler broke on the Tuesday night and they sent someone to come fit it called John on the Friday who did an incredible job and was polite, friendly, reliable and tidy. If it wasn’t for them we would be very stuck over the winter and could not recommend them enough. Especially for us as this is our first property and we had no idea how boilers work, heatable were there for us. Such a special company and thank you Ben Mars and John!”

“Really good system, easy to pick boiler and book an installation date. Online survey comprehensive enough to avoid needing a consultation day. So the boiler installers arrived and fitted the new boiler in one day. After sales service brilliant, all certificates arrived by email shortly after installation. I can highly recommend this fast, efficient and friendly service.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from an amazing company. Would not hesitate to recommend. Very easy ordering online, and Sam sent me a link to upload photos from my mobile. If I can do it anyone can as I am not great with technology! Heatable even sent me a photo of the installer. Boiler installation was on arranged day. Afterwards a phone call from Heatable to ask if everything went well. The boiler installers have to take photos of their work to send to Heatable so you know no corners have been cut. Heatable also said " any problems, now or in the future, we are here to help. We don't just install boilers and then forget about you ". The price is all inclusive, even upgraded pipes as needed, no hidden extras. A very genuine company that are very professional and care. Oh, nearly forgot, they sort out all the warranty too ! Thank you so much, Lauren, Sam and Ben.”
