Spent hours on the phone and emails trying to get thing resolved when it come to a return after weeks of trying to sort it out they now want to charge me £160plus VAT which is against the customer rights act 2015 but they don't care! Consumer Rights Act 2015 stipulates that traders must not impose any fee on the consumer in respect of a refund.

Horrible experience. I bought a cabinet unit with a mirror from them. The mirror started to peel off after a few months. I contacted them and asked for a refund or replacement but according to HeatandPlumb it's okay that the unit is extremely poor quality but costs a lot of money. Hugely disappointed. I wonder if there's a customer support that could help. They refuse to replace it.

The person I spoke to blamed the transport company - saying that some of their transport companies do not provide tracking details or communication options HOWEVER I pointed out that they were employing the transport company - so the issue should be dealt with between themselves and THEY should be compensating us - and claiming the refund from the transport company IF indeed the transport company was to blame.

Terrible customer service. Item arrived damaged. Replacement sent eventually. Arrived damaged and missing parts. Advised me to cobble together a whole unit from the two broken ones…. Now refusing to send a replacement or refund. 0 stars

Bought 2 items off these went to fit them a week after delivery both damaged wouldn’t refund or replace them as they say their returns policy is only 48hrs so they must deliver damaged goods a lot absolute con merchants! Never use them again!

After a 5 month wait for a basin it transpired Heat & Plumb sent me the wrong one and not as advertised having hassle to claim consequential losses incurred as had to pay the fitter. H&P did refund the cost of basin after arguing with them as also this wrong basin has a big hole in the back. I wouldn't recommend this company for the expense and trouble they've caused me.

Eventually got a refund, but have to replace and start again at a high cost.

Looking at other reviews there is a real reluctance to replace or refund damaged or faulty goods.
