“I do not recommend the Heatrae Sadia Multipoint Eco water heater, nor do I recommend Heatrae Sadia as a company. Terrible service. The unit is faulty, and they are quite happy for me to be without hot water until after the 4th of January to send an engineer to look at it. No return phone calls, only sloped shoulders.”

Have thousands in heatrae sadia products (not my choice), electric boiler and two over sink hot water heaters. One hot water heater element failed within a year, the other has just had the valve fail and they won't replace it (£50 for a small plastic valve), and the heating thermostat they use died within two years, I was told because I didn't change the batteries quick enough..”
