“Great online Metal retailer, much of my current metal shirt and flag collection has been purchased from the Heavy Metal Merchant site. No complaints about any shirts, flags or badges l have purchased. Everything has always been delivered well packaged and in perfect condition. One of my favourite Websites to shop on.”
“I absolutely love shopping at Heavy Metal Merchant, I'm in the middle of making 7 Battle Jackets, 95% of the patches I have on them I've bought from them, I love the fast response to my orders, I have brought all 8 of my Shirts from them, I Like the personal touch and little smiles that Nina sends to me, I remember a time when a friend of mine got his first order from Heavy Metal Merch and the note basically said to him you wouldn't have to be great Mates with Tiger ( me in NSW ) which it was ,it was so friggen cool , Thanks Nina and Dave you Guys Rock heaps ,I will keep on Merch from you Guys as of the little things .

“I have been a repeat customer of Heavy Metal Merchant over many years. The service is always perfect with goods packaged carefully, posted quickly, with any questions or issues answered promptly. Recommended.”
“Hey guys Really good prices and awesome delivery especially around Xmas the only negative is there were a lot of other shirts I wanted but not in 2XL. Remember we're in an obesity epidemic so like myself people are a little bigger and it was very frustrating that some of the exact shirts I wanted only came in small. Other than that keep up the good work!”
“Ordered a few items online on a couple of occasions, an excellent range of items, especially hard to get from main shops and got within a week. Will be purchasing more from you in the future. :)”
“I shop here quite a lot but my last order was sent to the post office because the sender requested it which is really inconvenient to me because the post office it got sent to is pretty far away and it's really hard to go and get it.
I still don't have the item because of this. :(”
