“My package was delivered to someone else. They refused to help and even despite the proof (signature of the receiver in different city) i lost my dispute on paypal. I will never get my money back”

“I purchased a 200 hundred dollar coat. I had recently moved across the country so my billing address was different than shipping. It wasn’t an issue literally anywhere else but when it came time to order even though I had the correct shipping address on it they sent it to my old address across the country. They refuse to give me a refund or send another coat…. This company is run by thieves and liars. They do not help you and eventually they stop responding. I’m out 200 dollars and a coat because of this awful company. I have not gotten a a refund or a coat. That is theft”
“They were absolutely uninterested about delivery problems. The delivery company claimed that Hell Bunny got the address wrong, Hell Bunny did not verify the address, despite me asking them to multiple times. They also won't refund the money even though the parcel has by now been returned to them. I haven't heard from them in over a week, which forced me to open a refund request at PayPal. Don't buy here, they'll take your money but won't deliver.”
“Wow, they almost doubled their prices after brexit for citizens of EU (like it was our fault, lol) and made extra website for EU citizens with these outrageous prices... I've found out only because I had link for a dress saved from before and I suddenly couldn't order delivery to my country. Asked them about it via facebook and got response with link for EU website (with different prices). After I asked via mail what is up with those prices (I am admitting I was really annoyed) I got passive agressive response to blame brexit and they forwarded me to the page saying they are in fact not shipping to EU now. Like sorry?? YOU WERE THE ONE VOTING! Not me. You blame brexit.
I have small bussines myself and this was the worst way of handling complaint and worst customer service ever.
With this prices at least use something else than 100% polyester. NEVER AGAIN!”

The fabric is really nice and the size I had chosen based on the size guide table was good.
I orded the dress on Friday and it was already delivered on Monday, so the shipping to the Netherlands was really fast!
When I tried to use the discount code I could not find it, so I wrote a chatmessage to the customer service. One day later I already got a response and an screenshot example how to use the code.”

“Terrible customer service. Followed their size chart, I'm much smaller than the size I ordered just to be safe. Yet the bust is so tiny I can't zip it up. Back zipper is open by several inches. I'm not large chested either. I told them their size chart is incorrect and they're response was basically "yeah we know it's wrong but we still won't pay the return shipping if you want an exchange." I'd be happy to return the dresses for exchange but I shouldn't have to pay for shipping again seeing as I did my part and followed their size chart, how was I supposed to know it was incorrect??
I trusted what was posted on their site and that's my fault? wow. Never ordering from them again.”

“I bought twice directly from their website and both times had a terrible experience, as they contacted days after the purchase to say the items were out of stock. First time it was not a big loss but second was.
I always do my Christmas shopping on Black Friday, I check various websites to see what sales they offered. I was after a coat, Hell Bunny didn't have it on sale while others did, but I had a coupon for a 20% off so I thought I'd buy it from them. As I paid for the coat I was left without money and didn't buy anything else. The offer next day delivery, so the coat should have been with me by Tuesday. But on Tuesday evening I get an email saying that my coat is out of stock so they're cancelling my order and they offer a 10% discount, stupid thing when I used a 20% off. Of course by Tuesday every sale is finished, so I can find this coat or other on sale. The failed to contact me in time so I missed all chances to get a coat in the sales. They're customer service is not helping and they didn't offer any alternatives. I'm so upset, I could have bought that coat or other at a great price if they have told me on Monday.
I've learned the lesson, don't buy from their website, find other stockists that actually care about their customers.”
