“The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. “Had a slight problem with my order and dealing with Customer Service was actually my pleasure! (Pun 100% Intended 🤣)Had my postage refunded without even asking! Old school customer service with people who genuinely try to help and get things done. You never know how good people are until something goes wrong and I must say Jim and his mates were excellent in sorting things out and especially their manner. Don't hesitate to deal with them.
