Honestly, terrible. I signed up for their "bill package" having moved from overseas (still UK territory). I was left for ten days without any internet connection, in a new place, by myself. I was paying for internet from the move-in date, and I was originally assured that everything would be set up and available for me. I was told that this was "standard" and essentially not their problem! When I finally got internet, it was cut off after a few weeks because they never paid the company! They claimed that there were "issues with my address". I ended up reaching out to the company myself and paying the additional charges out of my own pocket. Their customer service also leaves much to be desired, with answers ranging from "sorry" to "we don't deal with that". They are also incredibly difficult to reach and slow to reply. I can only say that they are polite in the chat, and did *eventually* provide me with a refund. In my opinion, totally not worth the stress, hassle, and x number of pence per day "management charge" - managing what? they don't do their job! Absolutely would not recommend!

Horrible service, I get a 400 GBP direct debit setup on Acasa, only for Virgin media to do the exact same. I am yet to change homes and all I see are pending collections on their website. Zero customer support and becoming a nightmare

Awful Customer Service. The initial set up was relatively easy, but as soon as you had an issue, the service went significantly downhill, and they did not want to hear about it. Had over two months worth of ongoing issues from our energy provider since moving out, as when starting up the process, they typed in the wrong reading from the image of our meter that we sent over. At first we were trying to fix it through Acasa themselves, but they kept replying every week or so, saying they'll look into it then ignored us completely. Now we've had to contact the energy company directly as they have not tried to correct the mistake they made, so currently trying to dispute it. Such a nightmare. Personally I would definitely give them a miss and stick to previous services such as Glide, who provided a much better service.

Signed up to their gas and electric and internet and was great and super easy to split with housemates.
