“Bought a sex doll from them, cost me over $1500, first issue was that it was a completly different doll than ordered, they offered nothing to make up for this and said it was normal that dolls are sent random, then 5 days after receiving it, the whole arm broke off when adjusting position, they offered a replacement item of my choice from a very limited number of items, nothing over a couple of hundred dollars in value, I made my choice over a month ago now and they have completly stopped replying, haven't recieved anything, am going to go to the fair trades ombardsman about this.
