I ordered about $5.00 of items for 99 cents each. When my charge was sent through I was charged $50.00. I am a very poor person. I couldn’t pay my electric bill that month. I had to borrow from my sister. There is no reason for this. Be safe and do not buy from them.

I ordered 3 items in May 2020 and have still not received them. I received 2 emails from Canada Post stating it was being delivered but I've received NOTHING! Web site keeps saying it's being shipped but nothing else. Total cost was $29.85usd and it was a gift for my granddaughter. I am beyond fed up.

I ordered my jewelry on May 18, 2020. Still have not received anything. Now they are saying that they believe it is in my post office here in Ohio. When i click the tracking # it says it is still in California.

I placed an order on April 21st, had no tracking info after April 25th. Customer service told me it can take up to 30 days (after 20 on their website) and then they stopped returning my emails. It's now been over 50 days in transit and I still haven't recieved it. Huge scam.

I do love the jewelry and the cause. But the customer service is absolutely awful. I placed an order over two months ago, and still have not received it, I have emailed several times and still not received my item. Its a joke.

Their "free" necklases/products that they so heavily advertise, are not actually free at all. They calim you "just pay for shipping" yet, the more items you add to your cart, the more they charge you for "shipping". In reality, each necklase, ring and bracelet is about 7$ and they disguise & advertise it as free so they can bring in more traffic. Is any of this legal, since it's a blatant lie? I wonder. I don't know if I want to support such a scammy company, that has no issues with lying to customers and decieving them, even though they claim to have a good cause (which I also have my doubts about). To top it all off, a lot of the positive reviews here sound fake. Overall, my advice - be weary and stay away from this company.

It took over a month to recive my order of jewelry. Then when I finally got it .it was not like it was advertised. It stated that the rings were sterling silver and turquoise. What I got was plastic rings with a little bit of glitter on them .not impressed at all.i bought those for a birthday present and I wldnt give them to any adult or any child over the age of 10 yrs.how cld you be doing such a good cause and lie about what you are selling.very dis appointed. I will let the public know about this.it is a scam. To sell such jewelry that should only be in bubble gum machines.what else do you lie to the public about?. Helene Todd.

Ordered a few items of jewelry, all opal pendants and 1 "white opal" ring. All arrived today and were not opal, not even resin or fake inlay that looked like opal. it was literally just green resin with chunky craft glitter imbedded into it. Looks cheap and tacky and like absolute trash. 0 stars if i could.

If only I had read the other reviews about this company I never would’ve placed an order for two very special gifts that I planned on giving at Christmas time. Their response to not receiving the package only lays blame on the purchaser and not on the reliability of the company to ensure that the product arrives as specified. What ever you do don’t order from this company. It never arrived.

I ordered about six months ago, and about 4 months ago I reached out saying I haven’t received it and they said it was “lost” so they gave me a partial refund, then gave me a new tracking number, so haven’t checked it until today and it’s been another 2 months and it haven’t even been shipped. I am getting a full refund but what a scam!
