“Taking 3 weeks to post a few items between Victoria and NSW is not good customer service. I think you need to change your shipping provider.”

Hi Liam, I'm sorry for the delay shipping your order. The lead up to Christmas can add extra time to deliveries through the courier network, but it's given us the opportunity to review which couriers we use to certain locations and we've made some changes. I hope you're enjoying your products!

“So far 3 weeks late poor communication I'm unable to rate the quality of the actual product as I simply haven't received yet although it has been reshipped however it took a few emails on my behalf to get any response so I really hope the product is much better than the customer service.”

Hi Marcus, I'm sorry for the long delay to your order. The lead up to Christmas can delay deliveries through the courier network, but it's given us the chance to make some changes to the couriers we'll use in future.

This time the delivery let me down which was all down to the lack of service by the courier, Hemp Foods responded quickly when I raised the issue. “I love, love, love the hemp seeds -the quality is great and I use them on muesli with fruit and yogurt for breakfast, add to smoothies and sprinkle on salads. I also use hemp oil mainly making salad dressings. The fact that it's so good for us nutritionally for digestion and heart is a major bonus.”

“Shampoo and conditioner: Quite different to normal range of shampoos and conditioners, takes a bit of getting used to, but persevere. Leaves hair beautifully soft and manageable. Replenish Moisturiser - Have a very dry skin, have been using the moisturiser for a week, and the difference is noticeable. Not sticky don't be put off by the brown colour or smell it goes away after application and is absorbed beautifully. Hemp seed capsules: good Hemp seed pain capsules brilliant. I have siatica and a pinched siatic nerve and degeneration of the Disc 5 and 6, the pain capsules negate the pain for 10 hours I couldn't believe it.”
