Hi guys. I was a bit excited to know about your pain relief. Thank you for your attention to detail and sending it to me. So far I have only been taking it for 3 days and haven't noticed any difference in my pain levels.

Your delivery times have greatly increased since changing your depatch centre to Ballarat vic. Not a fan ,far better before you changed depatch centre. Stephen.

Taking 3 weeks to post a few items between Victoria and NSW is not good customer service. I think you need to change your shipping provider.

Hi Liam, I'm sorry for the delay shipping your order. The lead up to Christmas can add extra time to deliveries through the courier network, but it's given us the opportunity to review which couriers we use to certain locations and we've made some changes. I hope you're enjoying your products!

Love the hemp Protein Gold much better than the previous product. Have been a long time customer the ordering shopping service is always jenky. This time round I don’t receive a confirmation or delivery. Thought I must’ve just forgotten to order so I reordered then I received 2x shipments/ charges. It was a large order with 3x because I’m purchasing them for 2 other people. Not only did I run out of product because of the delay, it cost me more and I have too much stock. Inconvenient to say the least. Hope I can provide 5 stars in the future

I specifically requested not to use newspapers to pack my products (not the 1st time) but unfortunately, this fell on deaf ears and newspapers were used and I had to use detergent to clean each item of my products. Otherwise, the products arrived in good condition

I was very disappointed to discover when I received my order that my oil was not made from Australian hemp. This was the reason why I purchased from you and made an incorrect assumption.

I am disappointed in the fact that you advertise yourselves to be an Australian hemp company, all the while sourcing your goods from elsewhere. You need to make people aware of this so they can make an informed choice to buy your goods.

The hemp protein is great and the service is perfect, however, vegetable oil, sunflower oil and seed oil (not including hemp seed oil) are poisonous, so the free gift of antioxidant seed mix went straight in the bin. The whole antioxidant concept is also flawed. It would be better if you offered a selection of gift choices

Hello. I recently purchased a few items and noticed that the hemp oil capsules contain Gelatin ! How does this work for a plant based diet and my vegan partner cannot take them! How does one manufacture a plant based product with animal products with no warning label? I am so surprised and disappointed by this. Thank you. karl dickson Tanja 2550

I bought the Sativa Hemp Body Oil, the ingredients on the container does not list Sunflower Oil, which it contains, it is listed on the website. It states Made in Australia and Organic Hemp seed oil, but the 'salad' Organic Hemp seed oil I purchased (at a store) is 100% imported ingredients. This possibly means the Hemp seed oil in the Sativa skincare is 100% imported. I thought they were Australian products, due to the company name and I thought we grow/produce Hemp products here in Australia?

Started one tablet per day 3 days slept really well after two tabs per day slept all day lethargic, so have gone off 4 a while. Doing mainly for Osteo pain so will try again soon, stick with i tab a day?

#: N49760 / Both 800g bags leaked seeds into the HFA box and before opening from your box onto my kitchen table. Probably also into the delivery vehicle.

Why do you advise in web site that your hemp seeds are Australian grown,when it’s written on seed package less then 10% Australian ingredients.Also Australian hemp seed on front of advertised product in web site,organic hemp seed on products delivered to customers.100% Australian grown on description in web site…not real truthful,as I purchased with the belief that they are Australian grown seeds.what’s the truth?
