“The vape itself was busted before I got it and the oil was all over it . Couldn’t take a drag off of the vape. Only lasted a day or two with not many pulls off the vape. Overall I would not buy again”
“Hempzilla is terrible. I ordered pods and one package had completely leaked. I contacted customer service and instead of addressing my need for a exchange or a refund, I was told to wipe it down with a towel. This did nothing to solve the problem and I am now out $ that I really need. I will NEVER order from Hempzilla again! I say 0 out of 1-5.”
“You sent me a completely wrong product that which was extremely upsetting and inappropriate. Some of your products come with warnings and age groups and “if you take it you could fail a drug test”…yet you carelessly sent it anyway and still have yet to send the correct products I ordered or the return envelope for the mistaken product. Extremely disappointed and there was not even a number to speak with anyone.”

“Ordered 2 pk, supposed to be for Juul, one had clear liquid one had brown colored liquid. Darker pod did not work at all, clear one worked off and on, but had no taste.”

“Takes too long to receive. Ordered 10/19 and hasn't shipped/ I have a disabled son and needs for sleeping. Used to have contact in Rhode Island and got in 4 days. Product hard to find, but shipping is soooo slow!”
