The authenticity of their correspondence, the transparency of their account department, the punctuality and quality of the equipment sale delivery, hand-over is absolutely sub-standard and unprofessional. Many of my colleagues confirmed an evident lack of transparency throughout the sales department. My practice opening day was delayed by one month based on undue delays in delivering the equipment, causing us enormous financial loss and distress.”
