“I have been a regular customer of Herb Approach since 2019, spending over $8,000 ($8,012.52 to be exact) with them. My loyalty and trust in this company are now completely gone.
I placed order #2221433 and paid $380.86 through their payment instructions. The money left my account immediately. I even provided Herb Approach with proof from my bank and a confirmation email from their own payment provider showing that the payment was successfully processed. Despite this, my order was auto-cancelled for “non-payment.”
Support acknowledged the issue but continues to blame their shady third-party payment provider while refusing to resolve the matter. I have received no product, no refund, and no timeline for resolution. Instead, they offered me a $15 shipping credit as “compensation” — meaningless, since I always order enough to qualify for free shipping.
This isn’t a minor inconvenience — it’s my hard-earned money sitting in limbo because Herb Approach refuses to take responsibility. After six years and thousands of dollars spent with them, I feel betrayed and completely let down.
Warning to others: if their payment system fails, you risk losing your money and your order. Herb Approach needs to stop hiding behind unreliable processors and start protecting their customers.
Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this company.”
