“I absolutely love this concept. I have a second home that I rent as an AirBnb when I am not there and I know how lucrative it can be if rates are set right. I have long been considering purchasing a second AirBnb but the thought of finding the right property, renovating, furnishing, having to find a house manager, dealing with the headache of guests checking in etc etc is really daunting.
Here is the answer I have been looking for. The opportunity to make a smaller investment in multiple vacation homes, to spread the risk, and have someone else do all the work with guest management seems like a dream come true.

“I really enjoy the concept of being able to invest in vacation rentals and being able to earn passive income on a quarterly basis. I think that the overall design of the website is very nice and concise in nature. I think that the portfolio portion of my account could be updated later to include more information. This can include charts and graphs that show by state, type of property, and the relative information that allows one to see the diversification of the portfolio. It also would be nice to have an option to add my social media profile and link it with my account, so that I can share via social media whenever I have made an investment.
The signup process was very simple and straightforward when being compared to other companies that offer fractionalization in order to adhere with the KYC regulations. Whenever, I view the offering section of the website I do not like the white in the background, as possibly another design or color can make the properties stand out. The pictures that are shown of the property is high-resolution, which allows one to look at all the necessary components in order to make an appropriate decision. The information shown in the section titled "Our Thesis" also helps the consumer understand the benefits of the property as to its location and the market in that area; however, I would suggest changing the title to something different (e.g., Market Synopsis) in order to be more attractive to the seasoned investor. I enjoy the market grade that is shown, but perhaps more explanation can be put in a document or FAQ regarding how it is calculated. Lastly, I would prefer the option to invest more if the offering has not closed and I have not reached the 10% limit. It may also be beneficial to do a video walkthrough of the property in order to have more information as well.”
