I absolutely love this concept. I have a second home that I rent as an AirBnb when I am not there and I know how lucrative it can be if rates are set right. I have long been considering purchasing a second AirBnb but the thought of finding the right property, renovating, furnishing, having to find a house manager, dealing with the headache of guests checking in etc etc is really daunting. Here is the answer I have been looking for. The opportunity to make a smaller investment in multiple vacation homes, to spread the risk, and have someone else do all the work with guest management seems like a dream come true. I absolutely love this concept, I have invested in the first home and plan to invest in others as soon as they become available. Being able to buy an interest in 10 different homes vs sinking all my money into a single home is very appealing to me.
