“ The worst delivery company in Germany, everytime the process goes really smooth with all companies but once I hear that Hermes is taking my package I freak out, the worst service, their drivers are liars ( I stayed on my balcony working and waiting for my package to arrive the whole day and at 13:45 I received the notification that their driver came and couldn’t find me LIIIIAAAAAR) now they pushed the delivery one week later and they keep pushing it everytime the time comes, and customer service is useless they dont do anything, please shut down this company you are making our lives helllllll let other companies do the job for you go take a rest ”
