Contacted customer service first time an told me to wait more
Contacted a second time and told me to fill form for paid back.
now they refuse to refund the lost package, because is more then 1 month after sending package (and they told me first time to wait more)...
the insurance is useless if it expire after 1 month

I sold my 6 year old sons electric scooter (brand new) brought the wrong one and left too late to get refund so sold it to someone in Birmingham and this was July 3rd the scooter made it all the way up to Birmingham only to go "MISSING" that day what a coincidence!!!!!!! 3 weeks I still haven't had an apology and the phone number has blocked me from getting through!!!! I messaged on facebook, Twitter,their website and rang copius amounts of times but was IGNORED!!! Disgusting vile pigs i have had tears over this as they aren't even compensating and they are liable for it going missing so the funds from the sale were refunded to buyer and my son has to now wait to get another one as we dont have trees that grow money.

Try to Send a food items to a vulnerable someone during the lockdown through Hermes But Hermes charged me the postage and never came to collect the parcel, I contacted them lots of times but update I have not received my refund and they never collect the parcel. Never use them again ever

my moda in pelle pair of shoes wasn't delivered on two occasions after receiving emails that they will deliver stating times of delivery. Instead I received email from the supplier that they will refund me.Hermes courier said they had problems on 1st occasion 2nd occasion said I didn't like my shoes yet they did not come to the address they didn't even see me

Hermes sent an email saying that they would deliver on Wednesday between 12 and 4pm, I was at home during this time and they did not deliver, so on Thursday they said they would deliver between 4 and 8pm, once again I was in but there was no delivery. today I have tried to track delivery and they say that they have tried to deliver my order 3 times and they are returning it. the driver is lying, they did not attempted to deliver and I was home at all the times when they say that delivery was attempted. I have tried to contact Hermes to complain but their website is useless and there is no way to contact them. I have contacted the retailer and asked for a refund and I will not be ordering from them again

Absolutely terrible.
After a month no-one knows where my parcel is.
No communication , no interest.
Very frustrating and I'm now in the process to get a full refund .
I will never buy again from anybody who uses Hermes, that is for sure!
