Thats misleading=, you have to take out your disk and make a full scan, Well the scan onley takes more then 3 days for a disk with 1,8 Tb. And after that, the Volume1 (This is wat I needed) was visible but only the root files. Not the maps with the files. So I contact them and I ask for a return of my money. They refused it, because there is a free try you can download. I explained the situation how I was suggested witin there other program to buy the raid recovery. But they refuse me to get my money back.”
