“Poor customer service. After my mother slept 1 night in the Delux Chardonnay Divan Bed next morning I found her on the floor badly injured with the mattress on top of her. person. Second person I spoke to laughing and found the accident and my mothers injuries a joke as well as implying I was lying about it all. Took them 6 days to answer my email only to say what the Returns address was (Rapyal Stores}. The bed is not safe, it is not fit for the purpose, it is faulty or just badly made but they don't seem to care.”
