“rubbish!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!! started course ok and then had kids in kitchen who were eating breakfast so turned off camera then got messages from instructor saying gotta turn camer on which i didnt do as i dont want other people seeing my teenage girls then got kicked off course and told to robook. waste of 2 hours”

Hi, The course rules are made clear at the time of booking, again when you upload ID and finally at the start of the course. For the benefit of doubt, you are expected to undertake the course in a distraction-free environment and keep your camera on at all times. As always, in situations like this, we offer drivers the option of rebooking free of charge when they cannot fulfil these DVSA requirements. Although on some occasions, I do wonder whether it's a policy we should continue

Hi Dave, That is indeed true, you were removed from the course. When you book a course you are requested to read the terms and agree to them which you did. At the onset of the course, it is our policy to reiterate these rules, one of which is the requirement to face the screen during presentations, and another is the obligation to keep your camera on. These rules are in place to ensure a conducive learning environment for all participants. after viewing the evidence, I am more than comfortable the instructor gave you ample warnings and fully support their discision to remove you from the course. finally, while I sometimes feel this policy needs reviewing, I remind you again that we do not charge you for the course you were removed from.
