“:I tried to contact hid_in before purchasing an insulin pump belt for my 4-year-old child. I waited for a response, and despite not receiving one, I decided to go ahead and purchase the belt from their website. To this day, 10 days after the purchase, the belt has not arrived. I reached out to them again, but once more, I received no reply.
Now, 15 days have passed, and I still have no response and no belt. I cannot comment on whether their product is good, but this is certainly not the way to treat customers. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.”
“I have only recently got an insulin pump and was nervous about how I would wear it. The Hid-In belts have been a godsend. I am a small person so did not want to clip the bulky pump onto my hip, the belts fit around my ribcage perfectly and mean that my pump is totally invisible under my clothes. The belt is comfortable and really easy to get the pump in and out of.
I would not have coped without them!!”
