Very good home service for elderly parent. Shaun Samuels was very, very patient and spent ages with my mother-in-law (95 yrs) explaining how to fit her hearing aids. We were all amazed at how much better these hearing aids then the ones she had before.

The girl that came-here was very helpful , I thought to begin with that the hearing aids were very expensive ( especially as I read that the queen had top of the range that cost £2,000 , ) but the after sales service can’t be criticised , perfect , so, so far so good . Thanks
