“I had an automated email from Hilton Honors confirming changes to my address that I had made, but I hadn't made any changes - I was concerned that I had been hacked, so tried to check my account, but couldn't get in - then spent numerous, wasted hours going around in circles with an agent who did not understand my concerns - I still have absolutely no idea if my account has been hacked and I'm no longer able to access my online account - I'm VERY concerned and frustrated - horrendous experience 😵😞”
