“I have been drinking Hint (still) Water for years. It was my go to. Cherry has been my favorite from the beginning. I had not noticed any issues until this month. I was subscribing to Hint. But starting with a batch with the new label and a best by date of Aug 2027, it is not cherry at all. Instead it is a chemical almost minty flavor that is not at all pleasant to drink. I canceled my subscription and returned two open cases for a refund. There was nothing wrong with the original Hint. I wish they had not changed the label or formula. They just lost another loyal customer.”
“Long time customer and they sent a "VIP" coupon, 50% off, good for 24 hours. I contacted customer service at 8:00 a.m. because I couldn't get the code to work. After multiple emails back and forth, I got one saying that one of the restrictions was a maximum of 6 cases. I sent two emails (because they didn't address the first one) saying that neither the email nor the website stated that restriction. At 3 pm, they sent an email telling me to go read the website because the restriction was there. They had added that in and were gaslighting me that it had been there the entire time (I have a screenshot to prove it wasn't there). What kind of lying, shifty, crappy service is this??? They lost a customer.”
“Something recently changed! Single-flavor variations are not the same. The double flavors are still good, thankfully, but peach, grape, apple, etc, there is no way. I do not like it anymore and Hint Water is alllll I drink! Go back to normal, please!”
“Tasteless. Tried variety pack of peppermint bark,spiced pear,cinnamon apple and cranberry orange. They were all terrible. I normally drink Ice,and there is no comparison.

“Something has changed besides the label. Drinking Hint for years in place of bottled water and it no longer tastes the same. Just bought cases of the watermelon with new label for a road trip and both myself and husband find it tastes different and not the same as before. It’s not better. Doesn’t taste natural. Please go back to the original because, unfortunately, we won’t be buying any more of this. Thanks for your attention to this.”
“What happened??? As soon as they changed the labels they all taste different! I don’t believe they’re using natural flavor anymore. Georgia peach tastes like there’s perfume in it and it leaves a weird chemical aftertaste on my tongue. I’m buying old stock at Grocery Outlet and when I run out of that I will be done. I’m so sad. I’ve loved Hint water for years!”
“I love all the original flavors and buy them all the time. I don’t like plain water or the bottling process, so Hint fills the bill for me. I love blueberry and lemon the best.
I have to say that I’m not that fond of the new limited edition ones like lemon zest. Too sweet..”
“I LOVE IT! I like every single flavor, and there’s just enough flavor in each and everyone of them. So much better than sugary drinks like pop that has 50+ grams of sugar. This has enough flavor to where I don’t feel like I’m drinking water when I want to have a flavorful beverage. I’m always looking for a low/No sugar beverage that is not full of chemicals and this hit the spot.”

“I loved fell in love with this drink with the cherry. But the seasonal was a disappointment and this summer was terrible. I gotta pack from Costco’s. It taste like cough syrup has been put in it a whole bunch of water just wasted undrinkable.”

“Hint is all I have drunk since it came out. Sadly the "refresh" has ruined a once great product. Most flavors now have NO flavor while others, like Georgia Peach, leave a nasty perfume like aftertaste. I won't be buying in the future.”
