“Drill purchased from Screwfix. After 14 months the chuck would no longer hold the drill bits. As this was registered online with a 3 year guarantee. Screwfix returned this to Hitachi for repair. This was returned to them 2 weeks laterwith a note stating "parts not available nothing we can do". Last time ever buying any product from this company. Screwfix however offered full exchange for a different model at no extra cost.”
