“Terribly awful company. We had the misfortune of using them in Lanarkshire and they were terrible from start to finish. Staff who struggled to speak English and seemed to simply not care. Not impressed and would avoid HK Care unless your looking for true unprofessional care. Complaint has been submitted to the local authority and the Care Inspectorate.”
