Long story short, as the full review is on Google Maps.

I am not local to Sheffield but was working in the area in Nov. 2018 so decided to visit the store and decided to purchase a luxury watch from them.

At the point of sale, they decided to withhold the service card for one year, for some reason that I can’t explain, no other dealer has done this. I was also advised at that time they’d post the card to me one year on - but now I am being told I must travel over 4 hours to come & collect it in person.

Having explained that I am not in good health & been advised by medical professionals I should not travel HLB are telling me tough it’s policy as is non-negotiable - you want the card you come and get it yourself

They won’t even allow me to send my wife or a friend on my behalf as I simply can't be there in person, it's not possible.

Terrible & cynical attitude from them in an attempt to pressure sell me more goods in person and this has left me emotionally distressed.
