They do not refund online purchases to the original payment. Only store credit! Such BS. I checked the return policy before I bought stuff knowing I would be returning some of and it says with receipt you will receive a refund. That means money back not store credit Hobby Lobby! You are a horrible company. Total BS.

Their return policy: Damaged goods cannot be returned to my local store, I must repackage and ship to their return center, I pay shipping and they will not refund the original shipping cost.

Order shipped to billing address. Customer rep argued with me. Have proof they sent to wrong address. They finally refunded me, but would not refund shipping cost. Won't shop from Hobby Lobby ever again.

99 not including tax just got knocked down 75% off so the cashier tells me that they were going to put it on a card for store credit then turns around and tells me that she can't do a store credit because it's not that much my refund for I don't that I paid $35.

Please don’t ever buy the diamond art work kit because I bought one and it was missing colors and so I got another one and it was also missing colors and so that is going back for a full refund along with the 3rd one I bought because I’m afraid is not going to be all there either/gave up 😡
