I ended up calling the manager, telling him what happened and he had me come back so he could refund me for the item.

My daughter was so angry about it, she almost took her $51 yarn purchase back for a refund.

Ordered models online and received the wrong models, contacted them and was told I didn’t read the small print and that they can change models at will. Nothing was offered no help, no refund no exchange. Stay away from these devils

Hobby Lobby online is beyond inept. Canceled order for no reason, double charged card, wrong tracking number, 10 days to get notified one item is out of stock, lied to about being shipped, now won't issue refund until I get, and then return package! Which they now say I won't receive for another 8 days. Never again will I spend ANY money at Hobby Lobby, online or in-store. Inept doesn't cover it.

After explaining my issue, she put me back on hold and I believe maybe reached out to FedEx, came back on the phone and said that I should call back after 8 days for a refund if I still have not received the item.

I contacted Krylon and attempted to get a refund, by Krylon said they could not refund because of the way that the Hobby Lobby receipt looks, it just has the department rather than the specific item.

They have open cashiers and only one refund exchange line and allow customers to check out in that line. Then when I get up there the B walks away. I will use Michael’s instead or order online. Never again.

Give me a break please, do you really think I'm that stupid! Then the manager goes on to say very loudly "refund her for the sale price, she's clearly upset about this so she can move on", really, where did you find these people they are clearly not customer friendly.
