Had wonderful service and received helpful ideas from staff member Ms. Sue Owens in the fabric dept. Very pleasant woman and saw her being kind to all her customers. I will be stopping by fabrics again for her assistance.

Sharon T (and her crew) in the frame shop at store 694 in Titusville, FL built me 11 ea. shadow boxes. They are great. The service was excellent and so is the art. Thank you!

Michelle from the store in Layton Utah (1080 N Main St.) deserves to be recognized for her customer service. I had an issue with a purchase and she went above & beyond to solve the issue. She was polite, courteous and professional. Kudos Michelle!!

I have to say every employee I have encountered at Hobby Lobby in Lombard on Roosevelt are wonderful. Never have I been in the store and met a rude employee. I recently went to the framing the department. The patient welcoming service I received from Leo in the department made me again - appreciate the employees they hire.

I had a problem with the way my picture looked after framing it . It took 2 weeks to complete the project. I brought it back not very satisfied with the end results. Amy McDowel waited on me at the Grand Jct store. She went out of her way to make things right with me with an excellent attitude. Thank u Amy for your Customer Service skills that speaks volumes, I will shop here again because of her.
