I ordered their Hobby King V2 Paraplane. Went on the site today to check status og my order. It shows shipped complete. Then there was this 60 some character tracking number which the site says is wrong. Hobby King has no Customer Service number so I ended up in a chat who presented themselves as Customer service reps. I give them my order number and the ridiculous tracking g number. This person responds by putting up this screen that wants to charge me $5 to get an expert involved. No way I'm giving them my credit card number Also, after reading the fine print I would have entered a monthly $42.60 recurring charge for what O don't know..This is Blatent Fraudand theft by deception and they should not getaway with it. Don't know if I'll ever get my order but they got the money for it. Bunch cheatin' creatins

WARNING - I just ordered a Turnigy 20 6 cell 22.2V battery for £192.48. When I received the confirmation the shipping costs were quoted at £324.47. Since I had 2 Turnigy 4 cell LiPo batteries delivered a couple of weeks ago at a shipping cost of £70 I think misread the shipping cost as £32. I immediately contacted HobbyKing to cancel the order but they said it had already been collected so couldn't be cancelled. FedEx denied having collected it but said only HobbyKing could cancel the shipping. Utterly disgusting and smacks of a total con! I have already been stung for £82 import costs for the previous 2 batteries. All I want is a refund as no one in their right mind would pay over £500 for a single LiPo model battery

Delivered a radio in an open box, no manuals, & never worked. They tell me they need a picture? REALLY? Then told I should lay out return shipping costs. SPEND MORE MONEY? Then told a may get a store credit. Are you kidding me.

EU Warehouse delays (I'm a PLATINUM customer) = Our order no 102654510 - paid on the 25/08/2021 - has not been shipped ten days after the payment - pls note that all items were in stock. We have sent - through the HK live chat service - multiple messages regarding this matter but to no avail - no result at all. Important : Some months ago we had to cancel some orders for the exact same reasons and we explained that to the HK supervisors. Since that incident , nothing changed, in fact the situation seems to be now even worse with the EU warehouse....! Conclusion + ADVISE TO ALL CUSTOMERS = Pls do not buy from Hobbyking as they have zero customer support and they cannot even manage their own orders. In case that HK still cares about their customers complaints which i really doubt - a written apology from the HK direction would be much appreciated.

If I could have given -10, I would have! I placed an order on Sat. evening (they were closed), realized I purchased the wrong item and wrote in on Sunday morning to cancel (they were closed). Received my confirmation of order and request to cancel on Monday am. I contacted them again to cancel and was told that it hadn't shipped and the warehouse had been notified of my request to cancel, but it was at their discretion whether or not to cancel. I wrote several times over next 4 days (it still hadn't shipped even though I had paid $20 in rush shipping to get it quickly, for a $9.29 item). I was told my request was denied and they shipped it. I contacted them several times and they basically said they didn't care. The item arrived over a week later. They said I can return the item, but I will be charged AGAIN for shipping and that amount will be deducted from my purchase price of $9.29, so, in effect, I would end up owing them more money! Terrible company! Should all be locked up for robbery! Stay away!

25 day shipping delay and refused to reimbursed for cancelled order they sent. So, I ordered a couple of batteries on hobby king. I paid for 5-7 day shipping. A week after I ordered them, the order was still processing and customer support said they were behind to wait a couple more days. After ten days of the order still processing, I decided to cancel the order since I needed batteries for my skateboard. I cancelled the order and eight days later I got an alert that the order had been shipped. I messaged customer support and they said that for some reason they couldn’t cancel the order. They said to just send the order back to get reimbursed. The box came completely beat up but I didn’t even open it. I confirmed twice that I would be reimbursed for return shipping since it was their mistake for sending a cancelled order. However, once I confirmed that I had mailed the order back, they refused to reimburse me the $18 that I paid to send back the order they shouldn’t have sent in the first place. Bottom line- the order took almost a month to be delivered, they incorrectly sent me a cancelled order and made me pay for it. They are certainly not telling the truth about no hassle returns, it’s a mess

Ordered 17.05.20 from eu warehouse 4 batteries. Today is 23.09.20 still nothing. Almost 5 months. Support is useless. Were their customer for many years, probably it's my last order from hobbyking. Do not recommend, especially for Europe buyers!!!

I made my order on 04/2020 to receive it faster I order it from the EU warehouse. 4 months later I still not received my order and they reject to refund me, don't provide me the exact date when I can expect my order or refund.

Ordered and paid for a FrSky X7S in promotion (GLOBAL warehouse) on 13/09/2019 (order 102076015) with expected arrival date at the end of November. After 5 months and various requests they tell me that they don't know if and when it will arrive. They have the same radio available in their EU and UK warehouses but don't ship. They put a 50% promotion item, they took the money to do their interests and when the person who ordered it gets tired of waiting they return the money. Money that in the meantime they used to do their business. It is a scam.

I bought a hobbyking skysword off this site because their youtube videos were captivating and pretty much sold me. I must admit I was regretfully hasty. I've been in the hobby industry for 8 yeats now and really know my stuff so take it from me when you read this. NEVER BUY OFF HOBBYKING!! I recieved my skysword along with 2 6s lipo batteries. I was really excited to get it up in the air. I assembled it. Assigned the channels on my sanwa sd10g transmitter and powered it up. Immediately 3 servos failed. 1 of the elevator servos was stripped indicating that it was a plastic gear servo. Now who would make a high performance 6s jet using plastic gear servos let alone poor quality servos??!!. I also noticed that the servos were warped indicating that they were of very poor quality. I went to put in a claim through hobbyking and it required photos to proceed with the claim. Problem is the pics had to be under 2mb. What the f--k?!! A pic that takes 2mb of data is around 2 mega pixels. I have nothing that is that poor in image quality so I escolated a claim through paypal. Hobbking agreed to give give a refund if I sent the plane and lipos to their head office in Hong Kong within 5 days of this email!!! For starters it is illegal to send lipos via air mail and the box was over 105cm so it would cost me a fortune in ocean shipping which would never make it to Hong Kong in 5 days!! On top of that. It's illegal to send lipos overseas!! Now the warehouse it was sent from is 28 Shelley Rd Moruya NSW. Obviously these bloody crooks do their best to make it very hard for you to exercise your rights as a consumer. I must admit. I shouldn't of headed the warnings people gave me about these dodgey douchebags. NEVER EVER AGAIN. NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THESE GRONKS!!! God knows i never will again. Btw. The owner is Australian. I hope he goes bankrupt soon and i think he will.

Ordered two items at the same time only to find out AFTER I paid that one item shipped from US, arrived in 4 days, other item shipped from CHINA, 21 days and STILL NO ITEM! Can’t use one without the other too, so basically ESC I purchased is useless!

Terrible shopping experience, shipping more expensive that actual item, i cancelled 3 minutes after shopping and they never answered my email for cancellation request, they lost a good consumer and i am sure many others, there are better opinion in the market.

Great service and delivery from Hong Kong to South Korea was very fast. Was delivered to my front door exactly 52 hours after the item was shipped.

Purchased an RC car. With regular street use, the axle and other parts broke. Purchased replacement parts and they are on back order with no future fulfillment date.
