“This suit was extremely disappointing. I paid extra for the premium fabric, but what I got was thin, flimsy material that feels cheap and uncomfortable. The stitching is uneven and sloppy, with crooked seams all over. For the price and the supposed upgrade, I expected far better quality. It looks rushed and poorly made, and I honestly regret spending money on it. Definitely not worth it.”
“They have a great configuration tool, fully interactive and allows you to order exactly what you want, made to measure. However. It’s highly unlikely, in my experience, that what you order turns up.
I ordered a suit, to a style and in a material and colour that I poured over. What arrived was much lighter, different material and far poorer quality than conveyed.
I assumed an error, so raised with Hockerty - their response, no refunds. Simply, they got it wrong and I suffer the consequences.
Really deceitful way of extracting money and a true shame. The front end felt great, but the reality really poor.
Best to avoid.”
