Found that they charged my card the day of the order.
Contacted them via email Nov 30, asking when this would ship.
Contacted again Dec 9 via email regarding ship date.
This is our apologies, we have put all Hodgson Mill orders on hold for the
next two weeks as we are trying to catch up with orders for our business
overall. I would have no problem with refunding the shipping cost to make
up for this delay. Please let me know if this is what you want to do.
They offer free shipping, but the shipping was free when I ordered.
I cancelled my order and requested prompt refund.
Investigated: This company has a great reputation, but was recently bought out and moved. I recommend not purchasing from them direct.”
