“Home Appraisals inc was great! We needed to get a commercial property appraised and when we called a few other appraisers the prices the appraisers we quoting were very high and varied widely from appraiser to appraiser. We contacted Home Appraisals inc and they put our appraisal out for bid with several local appraisers and got us the best fee and turn time. The process was painless and our appraisal arrived on time and was professionally done. I will use this company for all my appraisals and recommend you do the same.”

“My experience with Home Appraisals, Inc. was good overall. They communicated by phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Both the coordinator and appraiser were courteous and accommodating to my schedule. The appraiser showed up on time and efficiently performed the appraisal, causing me little wasted time. The two criticisms I would offer would be that 1) I was asked some questions about the reason for the appraisal that I did not wish to answer and 2) The appraisal came back with a valuation that I thought seemed pretty high, but this could be partially attributed to the rapidly changing pricing in my area. All things considered, I would choose Home Appraisals, Inc. again.”

“Was impressed with the communication provided. Service was prompt and I received emails all along the way giving me status updates. Was expecting appraisal to be very expensive due to the remoteness of the property and that was not the case.”

“Home appraisals were great got right on it kept me informed thru the process ,as soon as they were done with the appraisal I was notified, and all the documents ,pictures ,every thing was e-mailed to me right away. the cost was very fair and I will use them again and refer them to my friends.
