“My order was screwed up in a way where it took additional effort to make a mistake but it's difficult to blame that on the company. The courier who delivered my meal instead of getting a item from the place I ordered the rest of my food went to a completely different restaurant who had a very similar item and got something completely different. The customer service was decent though, you have to haggle quite a bit with them but they do compensate for inconvenience and apologize.
I would advise tipping in cash because your experience is completely at the will of the courier, so you can do it based on their service rather then assuming they will do their job correctly.
