“Bought a divan bed for my daughter's wedding. Absolutely shoddy/unfit for purpose bed and mattress sent. Mattress was like tissue paper- cheap springs covered in thin material and the base caved in when first sat on it! Worst of all- they refused to take it back -even though their 28 day policy clearly obliged them to take it back for a refund. Other bed suppliers advised me this looks like refurbished/ recycled mattress/bed materials and sold as new-a common practice in the industry.
A real cowboy company... don't waste your money here. I will be taking action against them to recover costs.”
