“Absolutely clueless staff. Most of the "reduced to clear" plants weren't actually priced so traipsed to the tills. There they proposed to charge me full price (the plants were dead on their feet), even though they were in the reduced section. Sent me back to "find Alex" in the garden centre, and he would price them for me. (Tip, you could have saved me a lot of time, Alex, if you'd priced them before putting them out). Needless to say, Alex nowhere to be seen. Asked another, very loud, staff member if she knew where Alex was. She led me back to the tills, where we literally stood for a few minutes before she told me Alex was "at lunch or something". This was 3.30pm.
Gave up and left at this point. What a shambles. So much wrong here. Expensive plants in a state for want of a drop of water, reduced yet not reduced, hopeless staff wholly uninterested in helping. Store manager - get a grip!”
“The store is a mess, looks untidy, they go for the pile it high and sell it cheap option, the problem is its not cheap! oh and the toilets, you would think a DIY store that sells bathroom fittings would at least have a clean serviceable toilets, they are truly 3rd world, broken fittings, taped off items, grubby, poor experience all round”
