“I was trying to obtain a Georg Jensen Bernadotti salt and pepper mill set from Georg Jensen. They were out of stock and over a period of several months weren't able to tell me when they would have this item, which I wanted for a present. Things were getting critical so I Googled and found what I needed at Homecolours - and at a cheaper price! I placed my order and received the goods within a few days. Job done! Many thanks - you saved the day!”

“My item was lost and ive been trying to sort this out for a week now with no resolution. I have been told i need to simply re-buy the item at my cost. I have never had so much back and forth when an item has been lost or delivered incorrectly - the customer service has not been great which is disappointing.”

We are currently working with Royal Mail as regards your parcel whereabouts, unfortunately since the wrong delivery postcode was included when you placed your order this is what has caused confusion. Unfortunately it isn't possible for us to vet that postcodes submitted with orders are correct for the street address. We will continue to work with Royal Mail to resolve this for you.
