Disappointed box of gift item damaged. It is for a birthday gift. Box packed in perfect on delivery. Obviously damaged before it was packed.

The customer service is very friendly and fast. I would give 5 stars. But I ordered sth for a friend and they didn’t receive the parcel and sending it again costs me now 14pounds again (processing & parcel fee). This is way to expensive in my opinion. Therefore only 3 stars. The processing fee shouldn’t costs anything.

Product excellent at competitive price, more than happy with communication and delivery however very disappointed at the amount of wasted paper and oversized box in which it was sent, someone should review this packaging issue.

Product took longer than expected to arrive and when it did there were some parts missing. Homecolours were very helpful and spoke to supplier to get part sent to us directly. However it’s been over a week now and nothing has been received. Very disappointed as the chair can’t be used until the parts arrive.

I loved the decorations that arrived, however, one of them was damaged and whilst the issue is now finally sorted the customer service was very slow. They were polite enough but I felt more could have been done to sort the issue. That being said, the damage was not their fault and I would not hesitate buying from them again.

Lunch box and small containers are good and as expected Water bottle release button very hard to push down, my daughter for who the bottle was intended for is unable to use it

Delivery was very quick which was appreciated but they sent a different colour product to what I had ordered. More care should be taken to ensure the delivery is correct before shipping.

The samples were disappointing. I was surprised that there was no continuity in sizes to be able to make a decision on patterns and colours. The brand new products were fabulous.

Hello, many thanks for your review. We do try to send out fabric samples which are representative of the pattern repeat and the colours in the design, however the Orla Kiely designs have in some cases very wide pattern repeats which makes it quite difficult to send a representative sample which is still free of charge. If we were to charge, like some of our competitors, then this would mean we could offer larger samples but this might put customers off requesting samples, in your case I can see we sent a large number. We will review our process to see if there is a better way of us approaching the matter of fabric samples and we thank you for your feedback. Kind regards Customer Team

The quality and prices of the flowers are very good. But a huge cardboard box was used to deliver them. This was unnecessary.
