“I put an item which was a giraffe mega mug (, I had also ordered a cow mega mug on my order one for me and one for my husband. )in my basket but even though it was on my list when I clicked to buy it was not included in my delivery. Also when choosing 6 iidentical mugs ( there were 8 in stock) when I I clicked for 6 it kept showing only 5 in my basket. My order came and low and behold there were 6 mugs. I contacted customer services about my missing mega giraffe nug hoping that I would be able to have it delivered free of charge but unfortunately the very kind sounding lady would not agree to that. I was not charged for the mega mug however I am disappointed that you could not wave the delivery fee. There iwas obviously something amiss with your system I have ordered items previously but had noproblem then.”
