DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! ORDER PLACED FEBRUARY 11TH 2020, PAID OVER £2100 FOR 2 CONSOLE TABLES, STILL NO DELIVERY. MADE NUMEROUS CALLS EMAILS ETC, NO RETURNING OF CALL OR EMAILS. DO NOT BE FOOLED READING THE GOOD REVIEWS. AS YOU CAN SEE THERE IS NO REPLY FROM HOME DESIRES TO OTHER REVIEWS WHICH IS A SIGN OF POOR SERVICE. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF PROOF OF ORDER.

Awful customer service!! Do NOT buy from this website! The furniture is faulty and when you try and contact them to get a replacement they ignore you!!!! 8 months later and I am still left with a faulty piece of furniture which I paid £550 for!

I paid over £1000 for a table, and the company has been incommunicado every day since. I have called and left messages three times, sent two emails and two messages via their online contact form. This is all over a two week period. No response. If they are in fact a legitimate business, they are absolutely and utterly awful.

AVOID!!!!!!! Ordered a coffee table last year and first one came faulty as the glass top did not fit the gold frame so had a second one arrive in September and the same problem. Told a new one won’t be available till January and I have still not received a new table! And just like others they are ignoring my messages and emails. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Paid for it and waited and then emailed them onky to be told is it ok i wait approx three months. I said ok i will as i have paid now. Recieved items and the brass stud table the brass dented and foam rubbed off immediately. The communication hasnt been the best. When i expressed i dont think the customer service is the best then jason say he believes the lady provided good service. A company not there to provide excellent customer service. Overall has been a negative experience and its a shame because i did like the table and waited so long.. There is not tracking. Just messaged me on a sunday night to tell me table will be delivered next morning. Unfortunately im upset with how they have provided such a negative experience. I will not be using this company again. Have used many top luxury companies and never experienced such service like i have with this. They can call me a difficult customer. But i would honestly say they dont understand the frustration of a customer waiting so long to recieve a damaged product. Also it should be clear when purchasing like many companies if an item is not in stock and is pr order. I had to call this morning and ask for my refund which has been processed this morning for the refund.
